Procurement

Classification relates yield to the visual quality describing the carcass shape in terms of convex/concave profiles, indicating the amount of muscle and fat in relation to the size of bones.

Dunbia use the EUROP system of grading set by the EU. Dunbia employ a team of procurement officers who provide farmers with expert advice to help them achieve the best possible grades ensuring the farmer gets the best possible price.
