• 2001 Dunbia (Llanybydder) was acqiured (formerly Oriel Jones & Son)
• 2001 Dunbia (Kilbeggan) was acquired along with its sister plant Dunbia (Slane).  (formerly Exel  Meats and Newgrange Meats respectively)
• 2003 Acquired a new boning facility for Dunbia (Kilbeggan)
• 2006 New Dunpelli hide processing operation opened in Italy.
• 2006 New European sales office opened in Paris, France.
